HTeaO - Lubbock (98th & Slide)

2 times now that ive had issues with the BOGO happy hour. 1st time, I ordered at the drive thru before 4pm cut off time but the cashier doesnt ring it up till after the cut off. 2nd time the cashier was so quick to run my card before I could tell her to wait after she said the total. It was seconds before 2pm and I told her id drive around but she already ran my card. What's the point of running a promotion for your customers if you're going to hurry up or stall so they don't qualify.

HTeaO on 98th Street is one of those places that just gets it right. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted warmly, and the overall vibe is upbeat and welcoming. Their menu is great, with tons of tea options and flavors, but honestly don’t overlook the iced coffee. For a place known for tea, their iced coffee is surprisingly good, and I actually prefer it over any coffee spot in Lubbock. Quick service, friendly staff, and a menu that has something for everyone makes this an easy go to.

This is my go to Tea place. I drink unsweetened Tea & they have the best variety for me. Unsweetened Mint & Wild Raspberry. Also, I get my 5 gallon jug filled here for a very good price. It beats constantly buying cases of water bottles. I bought an electronic pump on Amazon but Walmart sells them as well.

I kinda like HTeaO more than their competitor. Great flavors, options, snacks, and stickers. Grace was very kind and helpful during my visit. I will return.

I love this location. They are always so friendly and super quick not to mention very clean. The tea is just so fresh and delicious all the time.
